Sustainable design is a fundamental responsibility.  Sustainable design is an element of the company culture of Ravatt Albrecht & Associates. Sustainable design can be translated as a design language.  This language is interpreted to the client as an opportunity  to save costs, waste fewer resources, and actively preserve the environment.  Not every client is aware of the innovative possibilities of  design and the eventual personal financial gain.

Strategies such as: Day lighting, natural ventilation, alternate heat sources, and passive solar concepts are incorporated into the program whenever possible.  The collaboration of the clients’ project requirements and sustainable design strategies constructs the optimal built environment; a building which takes less from the landscape and gives more to people.
