The McLean Retail Renovation was designed to respond to the character of the existing growing community of downtown Orcutt. The city of Orcutt is a unique fusion of old and new. The community shares a common goal of revitalizing an old western oil town. The McLean project was renovated with this goal in mind; to continue the architectural reverence to the city of Orcutt’s rich historical past.
