RA & Associates completed the feasibility studies, programming and site design for recreation fields, clubhouse, and community room for the Providence landing Housing Community located in Vandenburg Village
Providence Landing in Vandenburg Village, Lompoc, CA includes a central park and interpretive center. RA & Associates master planed 284 home and recreational elements. The project uses recharge basins to recharge groundwater using surface run-off. Landscape areas are designed around habitat concepts including Oak Woodland, Chaparral Range, and Riparian Corridors.

The park consists of a 6000 sf recreation building, pool, 3 baseball fields, a multi-purpose field for soccer and football, 2 tennis courts, 4 volleyball courts tot play area, and walking and cycling trails.
